SCIENTIFIC NOTICE

New Bulgarian scientific and practical interest in the introduction of low-energy nuclear (LENR) and Brown (Ilia Valkov) generators alternative to alternative sources! Are we going to produce or to import them?

 

145 years ago, in the book of A. Gano / G. Gruev issued AD. Danov "Experimental Physics" (pril.1) shows a different form of the crystals of snow, as if taken a different energy. In 1978 in Varna, Nobel laureate Pugwash Conference supports the inventor, but there is no support from the international financial elite. In Bulgaria personaly due to T. Zhivkov, Prof. I. Pavlov, Prof. R. Kaishev and J. S. Kasabov and ISD. Zagora, with investments of over $ 17 million researches are continuing. To this day, leading and globally recognized Bulgarian scientists are working in the

field of low energy nuclear reactors and mysterious hydrogen bond between water molecules and between nucleotides in our DNA, Prof. Anton Antonov, Dr. Stoyan Sargoychev Dr. Chukanov. This relationship between an oxygen and a hydrogen atom and is only 0,17 nm!

 

Unfortunately, the world knows only for Italian scientist Andrea Rossi and finance his E-and H-SAT Sat generators, which are also undoubtedly the future in energy.

We know hardly about Bulgarian inventors Borislav Borissov and Dr. Konstantin Trentchev Eng Mircho Tabakov who patented and demonstrated acting generators , with unfulfilled anywhere abroad parameters. (Note 6 adj. 7) What are the solvable makroprojects based on this phenomenon was presented in the EU-Luxembourg 12/2013, on their invitation (Appendix 8).

 

After years will we let again someone else to produce, with seriously

delay for the world economy, with unsupported Bulgarian inventions and patents?

My appeal to all of you is to accelerate support from current and former Minister of Energy project for development and production centers in the premises of BCCI or NTS to accelerate the implementation of Brown's Gas and low energy nuclear reactors on Bulgarian patents, rather than buy foreign dearly after years .
